13-1) The intergrity of safeSpace depends upon the Terms of Use being adhered to, and our own work being carried out in accordance with the Social Contract. Any complaints, especially those involving violence of any kind, will be investigated by an officer known as "The Polygraph". This person will be a trusted colleague drawn from those members of the New Unionism Network who act as consultants to the project (listed here).

13-2) The Polygraph will have access to all meeting rooms HOWEVER he/she will only ever use this access in accordance with the Terms of Use and our Social Contract. He/she will only ever do so only to investigate complaints and/or identify breaches of the Terms of Use.

13-3) In cases where a breach is suspected or identified, The Polygraph will contact the account holder as soon as possible. If circumstances warrant an immediate intervention, he/she may also suspend or cancel access to the meeting room in the meantime.

13-4) The Polygraph will not have access to email accounts however he/she will have the power to suspend or cancel email accounts if a breach of the Terms of Use has been identified. The account holder should contact polygraph@safe.space to discuss any issues.
