9-1) safeSpace will be continuously developed. The more the better. Next up on the design agenda is a server upgrade and a whole lot of automation. At this early stage there is rather too much "manual" work involved. This will happen concurrently with a series of open discussions on closed topics. We'll have more on this soon. This will be followed by secure file storage facilities and a "straw poll" function. The latter will help account holders gauge people's feelings at any given moment.

9-2) We're also beginning negotiations with some third party providers to get users a discount on a series of advanced security tools. These will be especially useful for those living in highly represive regimes. On top of this we want to steadily build a pool of professional facilitators whom you can invite to animate your meetings and keep them moving in a positive direction.

9-3) As safeSpace expands we also pledge to increase the number of countries in which we offer free safeSpace email and meeting rooms.

9-4) And then there's you. Ultimately, safeSpace will succeed or fail according to the extent of your engagement. We urge you to let us know what works and what doesn't; what's missing and what's holding us back. If we can build this rapport with our users we aim to produce a participative development schedule. Once thisstage is reached we will also work with the academic community to find ways the project can help advance planning systems, organisational development, and democracy in the workplace.
