INTRODUCTION
safeSpace® provides secure, private and anonymized communication services. We're here to promote free and open discussion within the workplace, although people are using safeSpaces for other things as well. Whatever your reason for being here, all we ask is that you agree to our Terms of Use.

The safeSpace business model ensures that your identity is protected. Even our server administrators cannot tell who you are. Financial information is kept separate from account details, and both are deleted permanently as soon as your account is set up. Messages in meeting rooms cannot be linked to IDs. Emails do not contain IP numbers or location details. All servers are based in Iceland (known as 'the Switzerland of data'). Financial processing is managed from New Zealand. Both of these jurisdictions were chosen for good reasons, as we'll explain below.

Hopefully this documentation will answer any further questions you have. Some may find it a little heavy on the jargon side, others will be find it short on detail... such is the way of I.T. documentation. Hopefully we've erred on the side of the former – you guys are the majority after all. If you have any other questions (or suggestions, ideas or feedback) just contact support@safe.space.

You can also contact us via FaceBook and Twitter.
